Album Of The Day: Mumford & Sons – Sigh No More

mumford and sons - sigh no more AOTDI think living with someone in a folk band is doing strange things to me, driving his car that only ever has the same 3 or 4 cd’s in doesn’t help either. Without once listening to this album properly I have realised I know it really rather well and it is actually a superb album. With a similar sound to Manchester Orchestra and Count To Fire, its an album of frantic banjo’s and double bass with the best vocal harmonies since the Beach Boys.

Best song is the single that is probably being ruined by overplay on the radio at the moment ‘Little Lion Man’
