Album Of The Day: The (International) Noise Conspiracy – The Cross Of My Calling

The (International) Noise Conspiracy - The Cross Of My Calling AOTD

When the singer of Refused makes a new band, people listen, it would be rude not too. When that band then is more garage rock and 60’s influenced than you could really imagine from the guy who basically invented the modern sound of hardcore it comes as a massive shock. But not a band shock though, the (I)NC are amazing at what they do and with each album become more psychedelic and experimental with the latest offering ‘The Cross Of My Calling’ having a distinct Doors flavour to it.

The best song is ‘Child Of God’ which has an awesome keyboard sound that might be very familiar…
